1. Client signs Railway Transport Authorization, confirming terms (FCA/DAP) and responsibilities.

Pickup Arrangement
1. Dispatch truck to factory, verify description, quantity and packaging.
2. Supervise loading to ensure secure, moisture-proof packaging.
Warehouse Handling
1. After arrival at Shenzhen warehouse:
• System entry: weight, volume, destination, customs mode.
• Labeling: company label with marks, destination, waybill No.
2. Discrepancies: immediately inform client for solution.
Terminal Preparation
1. Deliver container to rail terminal per cutoff time.
2. Submit Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) for container & seal No.
Departure Follow-up
1. Confirm customs release before loading onto train.
2. Track train status and ETA, update client.
3. Provide copy of Railway Waybill (RWB).
Special Requirements for Brushes
1. Steel brushes must comply with EU heavy metal limits (REACH).
2. Nylon plastic brushes must meet EU plastic safety standards.
3. Branded goods require brand authorization.
Factory Loading Risks
1. Factory must have proper loading conditions; on-site supervision recommended.
2. Cargo insurance recommended for full rail journey.
Rail Transport Risks

2. EU import docs (EORI, import declaration) must be prepared in advance.
